IDYLLIC SEAS PART 2
VERSE ONE:
Conscious! Poetry! Rap!/
Lyricism made me going to rap!/
Old-skool lives wit us, flowin’ to dat/
Let’s talk about life, been knowin’ to dat/
First form was water dat painted Earth/
Creations made rituals dat stained wit birth/
I’m a Christian spittin’ life wit intelligence/
Fo’ those who acknowledge and embellish ’em/
Streams waved at those tongues of animals/
Gave energy to live young as pinnacles/
Water mythical, never been physical/
Hands cupped to lay low, we been ethical/
Dem lessons to our enrichment/
Where lakes gave life after enlistment/
Ripple effect on every tear we shed/
Emotions mixed with scars that we bear in bed/
Where Naaman dipped in da water God blessed/
Recovered from leprosy, that’s why God pressed/
Yemanja, goddess of the sea in Brazil/
Mythology made to respect my pencil/
I’m a Christian, stay educated with water/
Parents felt they graduated with daughters/
Idyllic Seas, da water been there, let’s bust!/
Da source of all things dat painted our trustVERSE TWO:

Fake bars in life, they low-key wit dat/
Real hip-hop, I’m showin’ you rap/
Ancient civilizations witnessed da firsts/
Picked dey knowledge up to see if dey cursed/
We Africans in da Palaeolithic verse/
Old Stone Age is where it’s from, let me work/
Without consciousness comes freedom wit waves/
How those waters carried da past dat was saved/
Da currents were slapped by curious strokes/
It moved forward, nature was forgiving, never broke/
Innocent touches dey gave to bright water/
How life was shook by other tribe’s order/
Carried with wisdom, imitated by reflection/
Where life was bold, initiated wit projection/
Fools lie in baths, false stories dat was told/
Black tears on da cheeks, nights became cold/
Jaz stays as a Christian, smooth wit da flow/
To be conscious about self goes through wit yo’ glow/
Water are made to bring Mother Nature back/
Eagles floor dey flights where the azure at/
Idyllic Seas cried on my writings, that’s light/
Rollin’ wit Jesus and God is the way of lifeVERSE THREE:

Don’t you know lessons been mouldin’ to dat?/
Learn about intentions holdin’ to dat/
History wit waters, da sky burned wit licks/
Respect to da lives endured 536/
Volcanic eruption changed da landscapes/
Some tradition gave up, got da land back/
Oceans carried travellers from coast to coast/
Cultures and tribes observed, rose to boast/
Mind of da Christian, viewed as ancient/
Life is moved by waters through yo’ patience/
Sounds of trickles hit da ground every second/
Inverted da world, we beyond da reckoned/
Every thirst quenched after every glass/
Jaz-Cat is here kickin’ da revo bars/
Knowledge of life and wisdom is important/
God created everything without distortions/
Revolutionary Christian about to bounce/
Learn from Jesus’ footsteps, spoutin’ rounds/
Love y’all like Jesus always does, stay safe/
